Should you wish to return any products or file any complaints regarding the services offered by The Guitar Store all emails should be directed to here. You should include your full name and address, your telephone number, the Sage Pay transaction ID and a complete description of any problems and/or issues. This should be done within seven days. The Guitar Store aims to respond to your enquiry within 24 hours and will make all reasonable efforts to resolve any grievances.
Upon receiving your goods, you should immediately inspect all items for any damage. If the package looks tampered with or appears to have been damaged you should either refuse to accept it or mark the courier’s sheet to show this and accept your goods. Please inform The Guitar Store immediately if you find any damage by emailing here. As with our returns policy, you should include all of the information outlined above. The Guitar Store accepts no responsibility for damages reported after 24 hours of receipt.
